In recent days, cases of fraud have become more frequent. Scammers, contacting a client of our bank via phone calls, instant messengers and social networks, pretend to be bank employees and request card details and a secret SMS code. In case of refusal to provide the code, they threaten to block all bank accounts.

Following  instructions of scammers, you can lose your money, and your personal data can be used for personal gain!

Follow basic security measures to protect your personal information and funds:

• The SMS code from the bank cannot be transferred to anyone, even to a bank employee. This is the code to further approve the withdrawal of your funds.
• Do not share confidential card details with anyone: expiration date, CVV code and PIN code.
• Do not enter card details on an unverified website.
• Do not click on links in messages sent by unknown persons.
