b)	Issuance of letters, certificates and permits on the customer's application for transactions accomplished on accounts and account status: letters for submission to companies issued on the letterhead of “Kapitalbank” JSCB a statement on the performance of the account of an individual / legal entity / individual entrepreneur with a cover letter on the letterhead of “Kapitalbank” JSCB	50 000 UZS 50 000 UZS	Except for letters on the loan repayment submitted to notary offices, cadastre authorities and the Municipal Department of Internal Affairs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Commission isn’t charged in case of issuance of the statement on the performance of the account of: 1. legal entity / individual entrepreneur who has concluded a contract with “Kapitalbank” JSCB for servicing Visa card holders
c)	Withdrawal of cash through the terminals installed at the cashier’s desks of banks and minibanks of “Kapitalbank” JSCB from the plastic cards issued by other banks of the Republic of Uzbekistan	1% from the transaction amount
