The Joint-Stock Commercial bank "Kapitalbank", located a : Tashkent, Yunusabad district, Sayilgoh Street, 7, informs that on 30.08.2021 the shares issued on the basis of the decision on securities issue (Reg. No. P0314-20 dd. 16.08.2021) are fully placed in the amount of 125,938,051 pieces or 100 percent.

According to the decision on securities issue (Reg. No. R0314-20 dd. 16.08.2021), the Joint-Stock Commercial Bank "Kapitalbank" issued registered non-documentary shares at a par value of 950 UZS in the amount of 125,938,051 pieces.

According to the decision on the issue of securities (Reg. No. R0314-20 dd. 16.08.2021), the closing date (term) of securities placement: the closing date of the last share placement, but no more than 365 days from the date of state registration of shares issue at the authorized state body for securities market regulation.
