Management Board

Gulamov Rasuljan Takhirovich was born in 1970. He holds a B.A. in International Economics from Tashkent State University, 1995. In 2001 he graduated from the University of Exeter, UK with a degree in International Management. He began his career in 1993 within the system of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan. From 2005 to 2017 worked as the Chairman of the Board of "Asia Invest Bank", Russian Federation. Since 2020, he has been a member of the Supervisory Board of JSCB Kapitalbank. From July 2022 to present, works as the Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of the Bank.

Areas of responsibility:

• Department of the interbank payment center;
• Corporate Business Department.

Ismailov Sardor Samidullaevich was born in 1987 in Tashkent. Higher education. In 2007 he graduated from bachelor's degree program of the Russian University of Economics named after G.V. Plekhanov and in 2009 the master's degree program of this educational institution in the specialty of Economics. He started his career in 2005. He has been working in the banking system since 2010. He began working at JSCB "Kapitalbank" in June 2022 as Deputy Chairman of the Management Board.

It supervises the performance of:

• Project Office;
• Department of Information Security;
• Department of Information Technology;
• Digital Branch.

Allayorova Dilrabo Normamatovna was born in 1979 in Samarkand region. Education – higher. In 2001 she graduated from the master program of the Tashkent State University of Economics majoring in “Business Administration” and holds a PhD in Economics. She started her career in 1997 with the banking system, and she has been working for “Kapitalbank” JSCB since 2006. Since June 2019, she has been holding the position of the chief accountant of “Kapitalbank” JSCB.

It supervises the performance of:

• Accounting and Reporting Department;
• IFRS Financial Reporting Department.

Pachurin Vyacheslav Vladimirovich was born in 1984. Education - higher education. In 2005 he graduated from the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs majoring in “Law”. He started his career in 2001. He has been working for “Kapitalbank” JSCB since 2010. He is currently the Director of the Legal Services Department - Member of the Executive Board.

Exercises control over the compliance of projects of internal statutory acts and other documents of the Bank with the legislation. Arranges ensuring the rule of law in the performance of Bank branches and their officials. Implements legal and lawsuits of the Bank, ensures reliable protection of property and other interests of the public authorities and agencies.

Tyan Konstantin Vladimirovich was born in 1986 in of Takhiatash city of the Republic of Karakalpakstan. Education – higher. In 2006 he graduated from Tashkent State University majoring in “Economics”. He started his career in 2006. Has been working in the banking system since 2019; since October 2019, he has been holding the position of the Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board of the Bank.

It supervises the performance of:

• Treasury Department;

Glushchenko Alexey Pavlovich was born in 1974 in Orsk city, Orenburg region. Education – higher. In 1996 he graduated from St. Petersburg State University of Economics and Finance. He started his career in 1994. He has been working in the banking system since 1996, and has been working for “Kapitalbank” JSCB since August 2006. Since August 2019, he has been holding the position of the Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board of the Bank.

It supervises the performance of:

• Retail Credit Department;
• Cash Operations Department;
• Banking Network Development Department;
• Technical Business Support Department;
• Branches of the bank.

Rakhmatov Bakhodir Sodikovich was born in 1986 in Bukhara region. Education - higher. In 2007 he got his bachelor’s degree and in 2009 he graduated from the master course of the Tashkent Financial Institute majoring in “Bank and Credit”. He started his career in 2007 in the banking sphere. He has been working for “Kapitalbank” JSCB system since 2010. He is currently the Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board of the Bank.

It directly supervises the performance of:

• Corporate crediting Department;
• Corporate Credit Monitoring Department;
• Small Credit Department;
• Investment Coordination Center;
• Corporate credit underwriting department;

Mirzaev Alisher Anvarovich was born in 1969. Education - higher. In 1993 he graduated from the Tashkent Architectural and Civil Engineering Institute, in 2000 graduated from the Tashkent Financial Institute majoring in "Finance and Credit". He started his career in 1991. He started working in the banking system in 1993. He has been working for “Kapitalbank” JSCB since January 2020, and is currently the Chairman of the Executive Board of “Kapitalbank” JSCB.

In addition to the general management of the Bank’s performance, it directly manages the activities of the following divisions:

• Staff of the Management Board Bank;
• Legal Services Department;
• Department of Final Control;
• Department of Personnel Policy and Human Resources Department;
• Department of Marketing;
• Administrative Department.
