Requirements to the terms of delivery:
The goods must meet the minimum technical requirements and parameters specified in the detailed description.
"Contractor" shall provide confirmation that all equipment supplied by "Contractor" is covered by the official warranty from the manufacturer on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan
Delivered goods must be new and not used, as well as in the original packaging, with factory markings and be free of defects.
a) Terms of Delivery - customs cleared goods
1. The place of delivery - the buyer's warehouse
2. Terms of payment - 15% prepayment, the remaining 85% within 10 working days after delivery.
3. Currency of payment - UZS (Uzbek Sum).
4. Terms of delivery - according to proposal
5. Equipment warranty: not less than 12 months.
b) Delivery terms - CIP Tashkent.
- Terms of delivery - self-delivery from CIP Tashkent-AERO
- Terms of payment - 50% prepayment, the remaining 50% within 10 working days after delivery.

- Guarantee - at least 12 months.
