Lot No. 1 - office chairs, chairs
Lot No. 2 - upholstered furniture, sofas, armchairs
Lot No. 3 - cabinet furniture
Lot No. 4 - sheathing, decorative panels, LMDF interior elements
Lot No. 5 - other equipment and machinery

1. Each Lot is considered as a separate purchase, regardless of others;
2. Proposals containing complete information are accepted for consideration;
3. The qualified participant /s will be offered to produce a sample product;
4. The winner (s)  will be determined in accordance with such criteria as quality of workmanship, assembly, sample materials, availability of production facilities and resources, experience in similar projects.
5. Deadline is not an essential criterion for evaluation of proposals.

The commercial proposal must contain:
1. Participant’s Questionnaire
2. Participant’s Presentation (work experience, products, production facilities, equipment and other resources)
3. Prices must include all taxes, including or without VAT
4. Lead time separately for each lot (calendar days)
5. Warranty (term and what is covered)

Deadline for submitting proposals is 12:00, March 3, 2022. An electronic version of the specification in Excel format must be sent to the email address: Procurement@kapitalbank.uz no later than the specified deadline
