Sending a transfer

To send a money transfers, a sender shall provide an identification document, the recipient's full name, country and other details, if necessary (the list is determined by the Unistream software).

When using Unistream system, money transfer sender may transfer money to any international bank card of transfer recipient:

• bank cards of MIR, VISA and MasterСard (including Maestro) and Tinkoff payment systems, issued by banks of Russia.
• bank cards of China Union Pay payment system in US dollars and Chinese yuan issued by banks of China;
• bank cards of VISA and MasterСard payment systems, issued by foreign banks.

Receiving a transfer

To receive a money transfer, a recipient must provide an identification document and a transfer tracking number, which is assigned when sending a transfer, an amount and currency of a transfer. Sender shall confidentially inform a recipient of the tracking number. The method recipient receives a money transfer - by withdrawal of cash from bank's cash department. It is possible to transfer money in following currencies: Uzbek sum, US dollar.
In the event recipient does not claim transfer, it can be returned based on application for return of money filed by sender. Money of canceled transfer is returned to a sender when there are data on possibility to return transfer in Unistream system. Money can be returned within from several hours to several days after submission of request to cancel transfer depending on country and/ or bank of the recipient.
