From July 27, new commissions went into effect for cash withdrawals in US dollars. These changes have triggered many questions, and therefore we would like to explain the procedure for charging these commissions.

A Commission of 0.7% is charged when issuing cash in US dollars that have been on the client's accounts/deposits for less than 15 days.

Cash in US dollars that has been on the client's accounts/deposits for 15 days and more will not be charged. 

In case, if the commission was withheld mistakenly from the client, it will be returned.
